BIO: Anthony Allenbrand has extensive experience in the Hotel & Restaurant Industry. He has worked as an Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager in Edmonton, Calgary, Cayman Islands and Nunavut. Anthony started his Occupational Health & Safety career in 2008 while he was camp managing in Nunavut and became a Safety Coordinator in 2010. Bio:  Denise has 20 years of experience in health and safety.  Her areas of expertise include health and safety programs and management systems and risk assessments.  She is also an experienced Workers’ Compensation consultant, specializing in representing employer interests at all levels of appeal.  Denise has been a Canadian Registered Safety Professional since 2007, a Certified Health and Safety Consultant since 2011 and a Canadian Risk Manager since 2012.  Denise has worked with clients in in aviation, property management, education, tourism, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, municipal operations, oil and gas, construction, staffing, food processing, warehousing, environmental and transportation industries with organizations of varying size (10 to 18,000).

Denise teaches health and safety auditing at the University of New Brunswick and is past-chair of the Alberta Occupational Auditors’ Association. 

Experience: Denise has been conducting Certificate of Recognition Audits since 2001 and is current certified to conduct audits for 6 Certifying Partners (AHSA, AASP, CCSA, ASC, Enform, AMHSA).  She has been involved in over 100 audits of different sizes including leading audit teams of up to 12 auditors over an audit with 60 sites and 110 audit days.

Bio: Wayne has owned and operated his own business since 1985, maintaining his own health & safety program. He sold his business in 2006 to start a new career in Health & Safety Consulting. He saw an opportunity to keep workers safe and help companies with Certificate of Recognition requirements.

Experience: Wayne has worked as a Health & Safety Consultant since 2006. He has experience in safety program development and auditing safety management systems. Wayne also has experience developing in-house training programs, and helped many companies meet COR audit requirements.
