Course Details

An effective health and safety management system that meets legislated requirements must take into account anyone in the vicinity of the property, and everyone working at the site--even contractors not directly employed by the hotel.  This e-learning session will:

  • describe the different parties who may frequent a hospitality work site
  • review the employer’s legal responsibilities for each party
  • explain the basic steps for managing visitor and contractor safety

This online session is beneficial to anyone who is:

  • involved in building or maintaining the property’s health & safety program
  • in a management or supervisory role
  • a member of the health & safety committee ot the health & safety representative

This course is a requirement for Level 3 of the Hospitality Safety Leadership Certificate.
