Course Details

The importance of supervisors in the workplace is often overlooked.  Supervisors provide guidance and support for our workers, and act as the employer representative out on the floor and in the field. Supervisors also have legal responsibilities under the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Code and Regulations for the health & safety of workers, and employers have a responsibility to ensure they are competent to perform their role effectively.
